My standard fee is £75 per 50 minutes however I work with a sliding scale of fees between £70-90 per 50 mins.
We’ll work together to agree a rate that feels fair, both in terms of your circumstances and the value of the care, time and dedication I give to our work.
Clients paying more than £75 support me to provide low cost counselling to those who don’t have the means to pay more.

Charitable donation
Five percent of all counselling fees go to The Hidden 20% - a UK charity and movement rewriting the future for people who think differently.
They combine science and storytelling to reveal the true scale and potential of neurodiversity - helping families, schools and workplaces become more inclusive and understanding.
With every session, you’ll be helping to fund research, education and advocacy that make the world a brighter place for every mind.
